This is the room with the elevator Magmoor - Phendrana, right beside the Quarantine Cave and Thardus. It is possible to get from the elevator to the Ice door without using the Spider Ball. This is pretty useful if you get through the Twin Fire Tunnel and go to Phendrana's Drift through here.
You have to jump on a rock, any rock that is on the side of the Spider Ball track. Once on the rock, jump on one of the 2 tall poles on the side of the Ice door. Once on it, turn around to face the door, L-Lock a little bit up and space jump. You should land against the morph ball hole, on top of the track, just get in morph ball and get through. Simple but effective.
