SPACE JUMP BEFORE FLAAHGRA

(Thanks: DEVILBIT, Banks17)

Required: Triple Bomb Jump

This was, until february 5th, easily one of the hardest discoveries to actually pull off. Now, there's an easier way to get up the ledge so here are the two methods. Method 1:This is the hardest one. You have to jump on the rock to the right of the gunship in Landing Site (where you started when you landed on Tallon IV), then morph and dbjm (or tbjm) while balancing yourself until bomb 3 (or 6) hits you, then morph out in midair to catch the lowest part of the ledge above the rock.

TIP: It may be hard to balance on the rock, but here's a tip Banks posted. First, you have to L-lock your view down so you can see yourself jumping onto the rock. Then, morph into ball form and hold L to fix the camera on you while keeping your balance. You'll notice you roll slightly to the right on this position, so gently tap left to keep you on the rock. You only have to do this for about a second so you can place the first bomb. Do your double bomb jump as usual, making sure not to adjust your position as the bombs propel you up. You will never get a good double bomb jump this way and will fly off towards the wall. Doing this, you should be able to get a double bomb jump off most of the time. Now it's up to you to morph out and push forward at the exact moment it's required.

Method 2: Get on Samus' ship and stand on the left turbine. Aim to the left for a little ledge that is sticking out. You'll need to do a dbjm with a lot of forward momentum in order to get it. Just get into morph ball, and get as close to the ledge of the turbine as you can without falling (you can actually stand on the fire that comes out of it). From here, proceed with a normal dbjm but you'll need to push forward as bomb 2 proppels you into bomb 3 to have maximum distance. It's tricky, but with practice it becomes easier. The video may help a lot here.

If you can do that, the rest is simple, just don't fall back to the ground while you're going to the door to the Space Jump room.
