Take a few steps forward and ghetto jump off the side of the spider track, pulling back with the first jump. Use your second jump at the peak and go forward with it. Morph near the peak and you'll go through to the other side if everything was done right. The jump has to be very precise to get enough height to go over. It's important not to touch the track once you start the jump, until after you hit X.

If you're starting from the elevator side, space jump on the lore, then jump off slightly to the left to avoid hitting something on the wall. Use your second jump once you start falling and are about lined up with the white square, morphing very soon after.
