Main items required: Screw Attack
Description: Use a canceled screw attack to get onto the rock outcrop behind and to the left of the elevator door. Turn to face the "V" in the rocks behind the elevator, and use a strong space jump over the "V" to land in the secret world. Bomb jump or wiggle to get free of the sticky walls and down to the standard floor.
To cancel a screw attack, tap the B on the upward portion of a screw attack cycle (or twice quickly on the downward). Two medium screw attack cycles then a double tap works well from the pillar. Alternate Method

Main items required: Space Jump
Description: Jump into the "V" formed by the rock to the left of the elevator and the outside wall of the elevator, then morph. BSJ onto the top of the rock, and continue as described above.
The bsj used here is not the common one. The root is used to obstruct the camera, so the camera must be facing as in the video. You can also bomb jump up into the crack from the back side. This is definitely one of the harder secret world entrance methods to pull off.

Description: From atop the the cage in front of the elevator, ghetto jump over the root. Initiate the second jump after you're past the top of root to land on the rock. Continue as described above.
The ghetto can be very frustrating. Coversation on the Forums that may help.
