Main Items Required: Space Jump (Light beam)
Description: From atop the higher lift, shoot the crystal and immediately strafe or dash to the opposite side. (The dash is better if you feel comfortable with it.) Space jump from near the bottom of the sloped edge through the hole in ceiling. (Note the forward movement before the jump in the video.)

(You don't need to move nearly as far as with the other method) Move toward the left-front corner (facing crystal) and turn to face the opposite corner. (See video.)
