Main Items Required: Space Jump (Light beam)
Description: From atop the higher lift, shoot the crystal and immediately strafe or dash to the opposite side. (The dash is better if you feel comfortable with it.) Space jump from near the bottom of the sloped edge through the hole in ceiling. (Note the forward movement before the jump in the video.)

Note:If you don't quite make it to the edge before the blocks raises, you may still be able to get to it by carefully sliding around the protrusion in the corner.

Alternate Method (SA)

Main Items Required: Screw Attack (but not Space Jump)
Description: From atop the higher lift, shoot the crystal and immediately move forward and left. (You don't need to move nearly as far as with the other method) Move toward the left-front corner (facing crystal) and turn to face the opposite corner. (See video.) Initiate screw attack (quick button presses) then ease forward and jump to pop through the roof.
