The SA can be tough to perform until you get the timing down (and even then). The drill is: Jump, hit the ceiling, press forward on the stick and double tap B as you start to fall. This all happens very quickly. As with any techique involving well timed jumps, you may want to use your index finger instead of your thumb.

Main Items Required: Screw Attack

Description: Roll into the tunnel and bomb jump up to the next level. Roll forward and unmorph (close to the wall but not touching). Get your bearings, Square yourself with and center yourself on the wall opposite the next tunnel. Screw attack into the wall near the top to bounce into the tunnel. Step back a hair and jump to escape the tunnel and enter the SW proper.

The screw attack portion is very similar to the method used for Main Gyro Chamber SW.
