Agon Wastes: Mining Plaza

If your first two saves are before the splinter battle and the dark samus fight, then there's a ghetto jump in the Mining Plaza that you can use to save a few seconds, allowing you to get to the ledges faster. To perform, stand on the raised ground in front of the left wall as you enter into the Mining Plaza, then jump and aim for the slanted part to reach the surface above.
