First, clear the room of enemies, then on the walls there are a couple snake things or something like that (they're decorative parts of the background and have a slant and appear to have a head or something). Anyway, go to the one closer to you on the right and do a 1BSJ off it. After you jump, move back so you ghetto off the snake, then space jump toward the gate. There's a spot where it dips and to the left of it there's some slidey surface stuff. You need to make the bsj + screw attack near perfectly so that you initiate the screw attack right on the slidey surface, and you'll slide up. Now morph (but be VERY CAREFUL that you don't accidentally fall off after morphing) and boost up where there's a tiny wall. Lay a bomb here, then boost back up and bomb jump over the wall.
