I am not sure if this works or not, if you stand on the front edge of your ship you might be able to screw attack straight out of the hole at the top of the room if you keep going foward. I do not have the screw attack yet and there very well might be an invisible wall there. I have only the space jump and I know you can jump high enough to go out but without the screw attack you can not jump far enough
