Using a perfectly timed space jump you can get ontoa small ledge above the entrance to the internal area of the and station and from their jump onto the roof. I beleive this to be the fastest method of getting onto the roof.

In the ruined alcove in torvus bog, light world if you shoot the hanging podd things(I've Forgotten the name) down it will dissapear before hitting the water. This was bad for me I needed missiles. If anyone could make a video that would be great.
