well if you enter through the power bomb door the fight happens as usual. Radix did it in his run.
...can anyone help me?
I can't do the ghetto onto that "box" in Industrial Site for the speedtrick.
I mean... i can maybe do it once out of 15 tries and that's not enough if i want to include it into my speedrun.

Edit: Ok, kip just answered that in another topic. =)

And another question: Which route is faster for Alpha Blogg+GG: Radix' or sparky's?
Skip Ing Hive keys
1.Get screw attack early.
2.At the gate do a getto jump
3.When pushing off the last time (need split-second persision(sp.)) just when you are about to fall push /\ + B to do the screw attack
4.If done correctly you should screw attack over the gate.

I think Radix's would be faster, because if you go to the GG without the Gravity Boost, you will have to slog through water, which I think would add more time then it would save.

interesting. probably be faster to do it that way rather than the BSJump way.
One shall stand, one shall ball.
The question is, which is easier to do?
red chamber dream
Not sure...but if you're someone like kip, you would have both ways mastered, so you'd always go with the faster one.
lol no way
Unfortunately, it's impossible. Don't lie.
One shall stand, one shall ball.
Wait, can youeven  initiate the Screw Attack while falling? Now that i think about what he said, pushing forward as you start to fall, doesn't seem to be enough to Screw Attack.
Just a little something. May have been found already.

As I mentioned to Sparky on IRC a couple of days ago, for his 100% run in Main reactor in Sanc Temple, he can SJ onto the Rezbit which hovers below the E-Tank and then either SJ and MAM into the slot or morph at the spiderball track with the spiderball and latch onto it, saving him a fair few seconds collecting it...

The question still stands however, does pushing forward that late in the jump actually initiate the Screw Attack?
always move fast
gogo grapple skip, 18% game:

go to sentinals path (can get there before spider via walking/rolling on the spider track in watch station).  kill the lower part of the first quad, and then line up the head with the hole.  ghetto off the left part into the hole in the ceiling, so you land on the quads head.  then hold forward and keep jumping, and if done right, it should slowly raise until you get enough height.

then of course, wallcrawl over to vault.
Sparky, you rock.

I again wish that I didn't fail at Secret Worlds....
everybody knows it's true
I don't know if it's true or not, but I heard that it's possible to have an early power bomb guard fight.

is it true?
Yep.

Too bad it is completely impossible to do anything once you enter the fight.
One shall stand, one shall ball.
So you can get in but not out, huh? I find that somewhat amusing.
always move fast
better first pb in transit station:

ghetto -> sa up to the high ledge, then sa into the mb hole to get the expansion.  to get out, bs jump back up into the hole:

you can also get the main research missile early by ghetto -> screwing into it from the elevator side.

Awesome speedtricks Sparky! To bad I can't do them in my run because of no early SA, so I have to go trough all the friggin' portals...oh well >_>

Something new for my todo list, I have yet to attempt early SA and I've been planning to d that since Dec.
The BS jump hates me even more than scan dashes do.  :(
it is possible to get some extra distance on jumps across gaps and such like by doing a backwards L jump as this gives you the advantage of being able to just stand of he platfor where you will actually be floating in middair gaining an all important few inches.  to do so just slowly back off a ledge and check your position by looking straight down untill you are just of the edge(you wil see a small gap between samus and the platform).  also not sure if this is much use but it seems you can get a bit more distance still on backward L jumps by aiming down with R and realsing it the instance you jump.  it seems to give you a sort of kickback from samus jolting her head up.  if anyone finds anyuse for this id like to know as i as of yet cannot find one ow well...
